Union County Freeholder Candidate Stuart Kline Stu Kline is completing his third term on Fanwood Borough Council, where he is past Chairman of the Administrative & Finance Committee, and has served on the Public Safety Committee, Recreation and Public Works Committees. By profession, he is an attorney with a Union County insurance defense firm. He holds a B.S. from LaSalle University, an M.B.A. from Cornell, and a J.D. from Rutgers.
